1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Angell Roofing platform and contractor matching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
2. Matching Service Disclaimer
Angell Roofing operates as a lead generation and contractor match network in South Florida. We connect customers with certified, independent roofing contractors. While we screen contractors for basic licensing and insurance verification, the final contract and workmanship warranty are strictly between the customer and the matched contractor company.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All online estimates generated by our quote wizard are preliminary calculations based on average material costs and regional wind uplift regulations. Final quotes are subject to onsite physical inspection and official proposal documentation.
4. Limitation of Liability
Angell Roofing is not liable for any structural issues, project delays, or financial disputes arising from contractor agreements. We provide direct customer support and escalation mediation, but do not guarantee structural performance.
